Creating Connections with Clinical Agencies that Grow and Thrive

This session will focus on successful partnerships between clinical agencies and academic institutions from a clinical agency perspective. Examples of successful research and clinical consortiums, as well as issues and guidelines for the use of agency clinical experts as adjunct faculty will be explored. Suggestions on how academic institutions can support the agency’s journey to Magnet recognition will also be shared.

This workshop addresses the following Core Competencies for Nurse Educators©.
