Many nursing faculty are wondering how to integrate EBP into their undergraduate curricula. In this half-day workshop, the foundation and the process for integration are demystified. Participants will learn about: a) the importance of having an evidence-based practice framework as a foundation to drive the curriculum; b) what we know from the literature about integration of EBP into curricula; c) getting faculty actively involved in the integration process; and d) building on nurses’ experiences in an RN-BSN program to make EBP alive for this growing group of students. The workshop’s finale is designed to further demystify the process of integration as attendees participate in a panel discussion with experts who have lived the experience of successfully integrating EBP into their courses and curricula.

This workshop addresses the following Core Competencies for Nurse Educators©.
